 Medical imaging exams require a referral order from a physician and must be medically necessary. When these conditions are met, medical imaging exams are covered by most major insurance carriers and health plans, though some require that prior authorization be obtained in order to perform the exam. When making an appointment with us, we will gather your insurance information prior to your exam and verify your eligibility and benefits coverage before you arrive for your scheduled appointment. We will also obtain any necessary insurance authorizations for your exam.
